This place is the best, the staff are always friendly, and Drs. always take time to explain what they are doing, and minimize any pain. So glad I found this place.

I always have a pleasant experience ar Lovell. Everyone is friendly and efficient from the office staff to the doctors. I recommend this practice to everyone.

Office staff ruined it. Called me 2 days before another scheduled procedure to tell me I had a large balance to pay first that was never mentioned or billed. I had just been there 3 weeks prior. Ive been given two different reasons why this is due but have no bill and no idea what tooth or where to even begin with my insurance without more information. Instead of allowing me time to figure this out I was told I couldnt have any more work done until paid in full. This has nothing to do with money and everything to do with customer service.

Highly recommend as the best dental crew around! Dr Eric and Dr Mim with their staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our whole family comes here.
