Better than other places near by. But nearly impossible to get someone on the phone most days and payments have been backed up and slow and for a few days not even working at all. Still better than octopharma

This was my first time donating plasma, and I really didn’t know what to do... Everyone was very helpful and explained everything well. Before, during, and after I was asked if everything was okay and how was I doing. I noticed there were new employees being trained and they did a good job as well !
