Patrice, you came into our location with an accusatory attitude that we stole your wheel lock keys with the case 6 months after your vehicle was in for a state inspection. When I explained to you that since your car had low miles at the time of the inspection, the technician likely would not have pulled off your wheels to inspect the brakes because they would not have been low enough to require pulling the wheels (if the inspectors can see the brake material through the wheel they do not have to be pulled per VA State Inspection guidelines). I also explained to you that the owner of business was the one who performed the state inspection on your vehicle and would not have "thrown them in the trash" like you suggested. I explained how we keep our shop very clean and organized so if for some reason the wheel lock set was left, we would have noticed it and called you to have you come pick it up. We hold ourselves to a higher standard than just about any shop in the area, so it is offensive when someone comes in and accuses us of stealing from them. I'm not going to say that "we don't have it anymore" like you suggested, because we do not and have never had your wheel lock key set. We pointed out to you in the vehicle's service history that you had your tires rotated at another shop before you came in for inspection and perhaps they were the ones who had your key set, but you dismissed that and wanted us to take blame for something we did not do.
