I happen to break down in their parking lot. I am from Richmond and drove down to work for the day. They went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road to Richmond quickly. Great bunch of guys, it was a great experience. I highly recommend the shop. I wish I lived closer.

I have an older Accord that was no longer operable because it needed a part that was no longer available via Honda. I was advised by a family member to check with Total Car Repair as they had been able to assist them with the repair of their car in a similar situation. Mr. Hobson was able to find the parts and within a few days the car was back on the road just in time for Christmas.

I've taken my imports to Total Car Care for over 10yrs. They do great work and they're affordable. My car had broken down one morning on my way to work and Mr Rob sent a tow truck to pick up me and the car. My car was ready by the end of closing.
