These PEOPLE ARE NO,T COMPENATE, IN FEB I TOLD THEM I WAS MOVING. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND MY MONEY BACK TOO SS. 4 MONTHS LATER they STILL R HOLDING MY MONEY. I WOULD NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANOTHER DOLLAR OF MY MONEY. THESE DEFINITELY LOOK FOR SOME OTHER PAYEE SERVICE. JUST READ THRSE REVEIWS ALL BAD. THEY DONTANSWER THE PHONE AD THEY LIED TOO ME YES BOLD FACE LIE.

Rude, ignorant people, sorry I'm white and there black. Med I say anymore how I was treated on the phone. By Both black lady's. Rent is due on the 1st to the 5th in this country. Not the 6,7,8,or whenever. Who gets checks by mail anymore? And you want to send a paper check for 500 in the irresponsible mail service.

If only there was a negative star scale. I was referred to this place for their rep-payee services. This has to be the most incompetent cluster in Va. The checks are always late, they duck calls, they don't return calls, and when you do actually talk to them it's all excuses and attitude, and they treat you like dirt. Please do your self a favor and avoid this place.

Very unprofessional these people treat me like um not a person they lie and play with my money my experience with them has extremely effected my mental health and it's an ongoing situation
