Orleans Co. Tree Service

There's obviously some disconnect between scheduling and management. Thankfully I have the ability to work from home as Orleans canceled the day of at 2pm when I was supposed to get a quote. They rescheduled for next week just for them call AGAIN DAY OF just to tell me any work they would do couldn't be done for months on out as they're backed up from storms. Most people have normal jobs and have to take off work for these things. Waste of time while I have half a tree standing over my neighbors property. Learn to run a business and not take on work you can't handle. This should've been relayed to me the first time I called to get a quote. Edit: After I left this review I was called twice by David Lewis even after ignoring his call. Let it be known the arborist can't get wet at Orleans and that was the reason for canceling the first time because of a light drizzle outside. And he doesn't care about canceling day of twice. He runs a real respectable business. His words "we're trying to stuff 500lbs into a 50lb bag". Maybe don't do that.

They did a wonderful job directionally pruning a tree in our backyard. Professional, friendly and did not try to sell me the world. Will definitely use them again.

Working at virginia linen, these guys helped us out in a big way bringing their crane to lift an HVAC Transformer on to our roof at a great rate. Definitely quality people and a fair price.

Matt and his crew did an incredible job with removing two massive pine trees from my property. They really went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was thought out so that the trees could be brought down perfectly. Cut me a solid deal when I couldn't budget some of the services like stump grinding, can't recommend them enough. Matt in particular was an awesome supervisor and liaison from alerting my neighbors to discussing the whole process to me. Service: Tree removal
