        I was referred to them, and although I ultimately didn't go with their service, for a local company I only have one negative gripe. The tech/repair guy came out, no logo on his van and it looked as though someone had kicked it down a hill, and 2 minutes in my crawlspace and he charged me a $75 fee, imo very unprofessional. I instead went with Winn Plumbing.

        A A Plumbing had a professional answering service, however, the gentleman responsible for following up with me, to determine the issue, was not business professional. I gave him the situation and stressed the urgency of issue. I asked, "when can you get here?" His response- A A Plumbing is busy, I may get there today or next week. I asked, " do you have a day?" His response, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, i dont know, we're busy" No other offer except to impress upon me he did not know anything or willing to help me out. Will NOT use them if they call back again. I doubt they will call, however.
