        They never answer their phones, but can call and harass you all day..

        THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! You have to ring the door bell and wait to be let in which is totally fine, they left me sitting outside for 5 mins watching me before even acknowledging me! I rang the doorbell 3 times and then finally someone answered just to say we are with customers and complete a app online! All of that could have been stated to me prior to me sitting out in the cold for 5 MINS!! I then said thats fine if your with a customer i can wait in the waiting area, she said no and to do a application online! If your under staffed just say that but customer service always comes first! They just lost a potential client due to poor service!!!!
