Guy receptionist is extremely rude & disrespectful!! Speaks too fast and always nasty! When you try to speak to someone else he doesnt allow them to do their job. I will not be back, which is sad because we have been here since my kids were little.

Guy at front desk has the absolute worst customer service attitude I have ever experienced in my life!!!!! Does not know how to speak to general public, speaks entirely to fast, and rude. We have went to this office as patients of Dr Griffin but will be leaving since he retired and new people have taken over.

Unfortunately i feel 2 stars is all i can give. It's the same issue everyone else has, Landon is so rude. I was called one time and told i missed an appointment. Which i didn't. I had appointment thr next week. Landon said its ok , i will only charge you 10 dollars. I know my appointment was not when he said. When i make an appointment i ask for an appointment card. This mskes Landon soo mad. He likes being able to charge people the extra money. My last appointment I had Dr. Ghandi's wife who cleaned my teeth. Then at the end of the appointment she advised me very rudely to call and make an appointment. This makes me think Landon told her that I was rude to him. I will not ever call. First of all they don't answer phone, second Landon can say the appointment was on some day he made up and charge that fee again. I think its a shame that no one at This buisness listens to the people who have had problems with Landon. At this point if noone believes the patients, maybe a camera with audio might help him to see how he treats the people. They are affordable nowadays. I will pray for him. I have no issues other than dealing with Landon. Try and like your fellow humans. They will like you back, Peace.

This is the laziest and most inexperienced dentist I've ever been too. Unless you're there for a routine cleaning or simple filling they won't do anything. All they do is refer you out to another office who always has a month or longer wait.

Its really annoying when youre calling a business to schedule an appointment and no one answers the phone . How can you run a business and yet dont even answer the phone to accept appointments. Ive called this office MULTIPLE TIMES with no answer, Unprofessional .
