Received a reckless driving speeding ticket in Prince George. Officer had his radar on while driving in the opposite direction of me on 460. I know 460 like the back of my hand. Never received a charge like this in my life. Contacted Attorney Adam Wood he was very thorough and explained what my options were and what the potential outcome could be. I followed his directions and submitted all the requested documents needed. My court date was scheduled for 0830 this morning and I am pleased to say as of this posting at 1621 that my reckless driving was reduced to defective equipment. I have to pay a fine and court cost.....thank you Attorney Adam Wood for your dedication and service. 10/10 I do recommend his services if you're ever in a situation such as myself. Attorney Adam Wood is worth EVERY DOLLAR I paid him. This man told me the TRUTH about what to expect in advance of appearing in court. I received a speeding ticket in my car worth 4 demerit points on my driving record if found guilty. The odds WERE against me. I have a clean and valid CDL with all my endorsements (XTP). I was completely vulnerable. I was basically at the mercy of the Judge had I not hired Mr Wood to represent me. In spite of the odds against me he was able to get my citation reduced to defective equipment (Non - moving) with NO POINTS. In doing so, he saved my CDL, protected me from the consequences of having 4 demerit points added to my driving record and preserved my eligibility to be considered for future commercial driving opportunities with my current employer.
