I always get gas here never anywhere else Im a rewards member this morning I went to get gas on pump 12 and the gas was leaking out the handle . Gas I paid for. I called the manager and told him and he said I was the first to complain but the guy I told this morning said I wasnt the first to say something. When I was pulling off I sat and they never even put an out of order on the pump. Who knows how much gas was wasted it got on my clothes and my brand new truck and Im told by the manager they arent gonna help me theres nothing they can do. This is absolutely ridiculous like its my fault that the pumps were leaking gas!!!!

Dirty, dingy, debatably worth the stop. If you're just going for gas, there's hope for a clean getaway. However , IMHO, only use the restroom if you are equipped with Lysol spray, flushable wipes, and buckets of hand sanitizer. Glad I did as the seats needed a wipe down, the soap dispenser was dry, and thr toilet paper a thin 220 grade. Honestly, had it not been the dead of Winter, I may have considered the adjacent cornfield. Or if you're lucky, the women's facilities will be closed due to cleaning ... marked by a hand written sign and a wet mop. Aaaaannnnddd true to form, the hand sanitizer dispenser at the main door was empty too. FYI, if you're headed southbound, there's a State Rest Area 2 miles down the road.

Never, I repeat never swipe a card (at least debit) at the pumps. They will automatically preauthorize a charge for the remainder of your account leaving it at 0 until you're lucky enough for the charge to fully post. Avoid and go around the corner to the other Shell if you're that desperate. Yes you'll pay a few more cents a gallon, but at least you will still have access to your bank account.
