Very slow I wait d a hour to be stuck with 4 people working 1 section. And when you ask a question the employees are rude and act like you are a problem. Very unorganized unprofessional and SLOW. What happened to the old crew that got you in and out

If I could give a negative one I would. This company is the most unorganized and disrespectful. You will loose your license working here. There is no communication! The Rod us aware of the issues but fixes them by hiring no people that don’t stay once they see the environment. The managers work hard and often are on the donor floor working with 20 donors. Staffing is extremely short but yet, the doors remain open. It’s a very unsafe environment there is not enough staff to care for a sick donor. Last week a over week staff person had a seizure while working. I’ve worked for many companies but this is the first one that I know for sure only cares about the money. I pray nothing happens that will endanger a donor or staff. Staff are crying out for corporate help and there not listening.

Great staff. If you do referral make sure they enter it because I didnt get my money because the person never entered the referral number. When I addressed the situation, I was told too late. Other than that Susan 9n Hull st. Is awesome. Staff in Petersburg is equally fantastic!!! Come see them!

Staff is slow. Lines take forever. Even if you are a regular donor.
