Texted me one price, invoiced me for more. Hung up the phone on me when he got frustrated that I opened my lock before he got there, even after I clearly stated I would pay a charge for him driving out. Didnt tell me he was cash only and doesnt post it anywhere online. after I have to run to an ATM to get cash he says he can set up an e-payment so I guess he could have done it all along? At the end of everything all he says is Im the only locksmith on the shore so I guess he can do what he wants.

Picked up the phone right away and was quick and Responsive on a Sunday morning when we accidentally locked our keys inside the car. Courteous and professional. We are extremely thankful for shore lock and key!
