Probably the worst internet company in the United States
Update: 2024. Have not had a single issue since this last post. Spectrum came in and Nubeam stepped up

They have a good service.
I was very critical of Neubeam when I first became a customer, but they have greatly improved the service and it's very reliable.
I would highly recommend Neubeam to anyone within their service area.

The company has not kept up with technology and as their equipment ages, the quality and consistency of their services has gone down. We can't even count on being able to make WiFi enabled calls or send texts from our house. Download and Upload speeds are usually 1/4 to 1/2 of what we are paying for. They are the only service available in our neighborhood at this time.

I Have had nuebeam service for about 2 years. until recently ,spectrum has finally been available in my area. Number one problem with nuebeam is the do not provide the speeds they advertised. I was supposed to be supplied 20 mbps, max I have ever tested from speed test. Net was only 2.5 mbps.Secondly constant outtages, very unreliable service. I live in the middle of a town and direct line of sight to a repeater. And lastly when you attempt to disconnect service the customer support is terrible. Have sent in the cancelation email 2 months ago and they are still attempting to take money from my bank. I have been hung up on from the customer support numerous
times. Please save yourself the trouble and do not use this company. Have nothing positive to say about them!!

The internet service is terrible. Constantly drops you off, no way to work from home and get through a meeting with this just too unreliable. Dropped me on about 50% of meetings and other times of course. Never could obtain the speed advertised. Customer service is obsoletely horrible. We stopped using them 14 months ago and today they showed up on our property cut the cable to the antenna and took it down (it would have taken 10 seconds to unscrew it) and after that came to the door for the router. But we were told when we cancelled service nothing needed returned. Kept the router for a few months to be sure but then disposed of it. I mean 14 months later really. To show up without calling and scheduling and then just helping yourself on our property before coming to the door is absolutely unacceptable!
