As first time, clueless, buyers without lawyers and realestate agents etc. We reached out to a top rated (on google) title company for assistance. After waiting a week and asking for next steps with little to no communication we moved on to this company. It was a complete pleasure and the easiest process that we have ever experienced in buying anything. Constant communication, clear information and requests, timelines, options etc. I can't say enough how easy and painless this was dealing with Shore Title. Susan Smith was our representative and was completely awesome! Our emails were answered within minutes and phone calls either answered or immediately returned. Whether you are a first time clueless of the process or a seasoned pro this is where you want to call I assure you. I do not often leave reviews I just take the experiences as learning lessons, good, bad, or indifferent. There is no way I could not leave a review this time. I would rate a 10 if I could! This is the company to use hands down. Thank you.
