As someone selling a home, youre probably considering many options. You may have friends or family in the industry that offer to sell your home for you for a smaller commission, you may try to go it your own, or even use one of the many sites that have all in one package. Ive done some of those before, and Ill tell you now that if you dont talk to Julia youre doing yourself a HUGE disservice and leaving a lot of money on the table.
Her pricing strategy was so spot on, we ended up selling our home for not just top dollar, but completely blowing away every comp in our neighborhood. Oh, and this was all prior to our home even going live on the market. Granted, the market is hot for sellers at this time, but Julia very strategically timed everything and had our absolutely breathtaking professional video, 360 tour and photos completed in time for a coming soon that generated so much buzz, we didnt even have to go live before the offers started pouring in!
Incredibly meticulous, intuitive and communicative, there was never a moment we had a question she wasnt already prepared to answer or follow up with in MINUTES. Closing went buttery smooth, and the personal touch of a framed portrait of our home as a keepsake she presented to us after signing was just perfect.
The only sad thing is that were moving out of Virginia, so this will be a one and done for us with Julia unless she decides to follow us to our new home stateWe can only hope! :)
