They're awesome with their job. Funny thing I saw them at my house on my ring and I called the office to inform them to send my invoices to me through the mail as I'm not home and won't be for some time for the guy to take the door hangers off my door so they dispatched him while he was still there and he went and removed them and then I had a conversation with him one-on-one through my ring it was pretty cool ‼️‼️needless to say I guess they'll go through any measures and lengths to please their customers.

Wonderful Results! We have used Lawn Doctor as our lawn care service for decades and would never use anyone else. Having a nice healthy lawn in Richmond is sometimes challenging with ever changing weather patterns especially humidity and draught but with Lawn Doctor’s expertise and experience, my lawn has never looked better! The staff in both the office and the field are always courteous and ready to help. Thanks LD for the creation and maintenance of my beautiful lawn. Penny W.

Lawn Doctor has cared for my lawn for years, and this year it is looking the best it ever has! The technicians who visit are thorough, and this spring they actually left me a bag of some grass seed to use if I see some bald spots developing. Above and beyond!
