I worked for didlake for 10 years mostly at the mall my supervisor was named TinaShe worked me over many hours and was very cruel to me everybody even knew thisShe workmate many hours over 20 and I lost my disability twice and hadAnd had to get it backItIt wasIt was either workOverOver twenty hours orOver twenty hours or be firedI owe Social Security $60,000Because of thisI will not getI am paying $50 a month out of my check to pay them back I will not get paid pay

This company needs to be investigated. Please do not allow your loved one with a disability to work here. They will be over worked, under paid and verbally abused. No air conditioning in vans, forced to continue lawn care when it is lighting outside, Randomly made to work on Saturdays. Forcing employees to work a 6 day work week. Management is very poor. Chrystal DuBois verbally cursed at her employee and locking the individual in her office room. Writing the employee up and refused to provide a copy to the employee. She verbally abuses the employees. HR Irene is unprofessional and will not protect the employees by keeping reports confidential. Please someone investigate this company. Worst company ever and God Bless our most vulnerable people. Chrystal you need to be dismissed immediately. You have no training to handle a person with a disability. She's located at Dam Neck Base.
