I would love to be giving one of these many, many 5 star reviews, but I feel I must tell my experience. Long story short, I would never ever recommend. I honestly do not remember my tanners name, but at my tan before my bachelorette, in late April, my appointment was about 30+ minutes late. When I called 10 minutes after my appointment time, she was rude and said shed be there before 6 (my appt was 545). At this point, she let me into the office but told me it was going to be a minimum of 20 extra minutes. After being obviously upset, she offered to give me another spray tan for free and I could leave, but I wanted to be tan for my Bach. I understand things happen, but my appointment was obviously forgotten even though I confirmed it twice. Had it just been this I would not be writing a review. The most egregious incident was my wedding tan. I was already worried about getting a tan for such a big day, which is why I did 2 trials. She claimed I was too dry and she would do what she could. She said I should not have exfoliated (though I did for every other tan). When my arm began streaking, she claimed to pull lots of dirt out of my arm. Then, when I returned home I noticed my entire chest looked striped like a tiger. After consulting a professional spray tan group, apparently she should have waited longer for my tan to dry. I only got dressed once she told me i was dry. I assume this is because she once again pushed my appointment 15 minutes and was 5 minutes late after that. When I called to see what I should do, she said she had pride in her work and it was just the powder used to set the tan. It was not. After I sent a pic, she tried to shame me stating, Wouldn't you rather be tan for your wedding? Regardless of what the other tanners told me, if she had thought my skin was too dry to hold a tan, she should have let me know to not tan. I ended up having to wash off my tan, wasting quite a bit of money, and booking another tan through a different company. Service: Spray tanning

Simone not only gives an incredibly natural looking tan, (always shock and awe when I reveal that my tone isnt from the Sun itself) but she is an amazing conversationalist. I have been several times, and had so many insightful conversations, that Id consider her a friend. I wholeheartedly recommend this business, especially Simone. Service: Tanning
