I didnt have the best experience here. Front desk was ok, seemed a little disorganized but anyone was nice. The first PA I saw seemed to have trouble freezing my mole off. He had to keep going back and doing it- he also looked like he should have retired years ago. The second PA I saw was nice. I was going to have something removed from my face but she didnt ask me if I was even ready before she just went for my face with a needle! That experience was enough for me, I decided not to go back after that.

Lack of prompt appointments, poor follow-up, generic treatment, still waiting on call backs from two different individuals. Looking for another dermatology office

Ive been seeing Cynthia Ferguson for years and shes AMAZING. I send all of my recommendations for hair loss as she stays up to date on the latest research and is always incredibly knowledgeable. The front desk staff is super friendly as well!

The front desk and nurse assistant was great. They were welcoming and fast at signing me in. But when the nurse practitioner, Cynthia Ferguson, walked in my son's session, she was rude. She was very condescending and would laugh whenever we asked questions. On top of that, she wouldn't even answer the question that was asked, and would go off into a whole spill of something else.This was my son's first dermatology appointment and he was excited, but this was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. I would not recommend.
