        Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Went inside to pick up order. We ordered a seafood feast almost $50. When we got home about 20 miles away, they left out the stuffed crab and second side. The floor was so greasy I almost fell several times and I walk on a cane. When I called the restaurant about part of my order not being in the bag, she didnt know how to handle the situation and said her boss would have to call me back. The girl who answered the phone had a tone like she could care less!!!

        The black little girl with the burgundy and black dreads service is trash. She has 0 customer service skills. Thank God she wasn't the cook. The food was good. Everyone else was great. Dreadlocks killed the entire vibe!!!!

      At our Norfolk, VA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.
