When my military client in Maine needed to relocate to Virginia Beach, the first thing I did was seek out a top-rated Real Estate Team in the area. Tom was exactly what my family needed! When moving from Hawaii to Virginia we initially planed on staying in military housing for a few months... if you've every lived in military housing you can understand why that plan changed very quickly. We needed to get out and get into something bigger and more comfortable as soon as possible. My husband found Tom through Google reviews(I guess these things are kind of important) I sent him a message late Wednesday night. He reached back out immediately, had our home buyer orientation setup for Friday, and we began our search on Saturday. We found our Home on Saturday. Went under contract that day. We were so lucky and fortunate to have found exactly what we needed and wanted in such a short amount of time. We have officially closed (less that 30 days in escrow) and are falling more and more in love with our home everyday. Tom was there every step of the way and we still are able to reach out to him with any questions or concerns we have. He is the best and I'm so glad he was able to walk my family through this process! Hopefully we don't need a realtor again anytime soon, but if we do I know exactly who to call.
