Opulence Transportation

We called in several times to make changes to our reservation and were probably quite annoying. Opulence was so polite and helpful each time and didn't make us feel like a nuisance, even though I'm sure we were. Excellent customer service, we highly recommend!

From the initial setup and confirmation via txt and email it was flawless. Our driver both ways (Shawn) was delightful. She was early and greeted us with a smile. She could not have been more perfect.

Shawn and Debbie at Opulence Transportation are a Class Act. I was astounded by their level of professionalism. Shawn provided me with an amazingly, comfortable ride both to,and later from the Norfolk Airport. The vehicle was comfortable and luxurious. Debbie was faithful to provide reminders and updates in advance of my two trips. I promise you that, this is true, because I am so particular that I dont give compliments unless they are truly deserved.

They had me at "you can text to set up a ride". Yup... did the whole thing over text and as someone who avoids phone calls as much as possible this was a huge selling point. (You can call tho! And you can make online reservations too! Now that's service!) Communication was on point. They emailed me a detailed description of where to find the car outside the baggage terminal, and the driver texted me when they arrived. In all brutal honesty I was kinda dreading making awkward small talk with some dude for an hour, but the Shawn that showed up was a badass female driver who was so fun to talk to we chatted the entire time. I even requested her for my return ride! The entire process was seamless, professional and fun. I have traveled a ton, and this was in my top 5 for ride accommodations. Defintely use them! Thanks Opulence and Shawn!
