        I give 3 stars because the service was excellent all around, the security staff and those I spoke with concerning the handling of a relative's estate. No problem there, however, the parking for this busy building is the absolute worst. Especially for those of us who are physically disabled. Only those who are disabled can fully understand this and it's frustrating. My appt was at 11am and it lasted 15 mins at most, but beforehand I knew I had to have a HP spot as close as I could so I got there at 7:20am. So basically I was there for 4 hours. Wouldn't it be more productive both in efficiency and profitability if a parking garage could be built in front of the building on the other side of the Tide tracks and have a skyway connecting the two buildings? Maybe someone from the city will read this.
