I called to clarify about this company's  mailing disbursement procedure.  A representative from this firm was very quick, short, rude, debating, disrespectful and act as if I was beneath her. I was just trying to understand.  Then she asked "Was I finished and hung up the phone".  Her behavior was not professional in my professional opinion.  Customer service is the key to a successful outcome.

Worst closing ever. They have a racquet going where the owner makes you use his law firm for closings or no closing cost support. Still waiting for walk thru items and 30 days items to he fixed by his contractor. I would never recommend this group.
