I own a property that the city had to take plenty feet from my front footage , Mr Lollar helped me out as he is an eminent domain lawyer . I got a very good settlement, Because Mr lollar knows what he is doing . I would recommend him to any one who need an honest lawyer and very great firm .

I am a small business owner that found myself suddenly impacted by a huge vdot improvement that affects my shop property. I found Chip and his firm online as experts in eminent domain cases. I really liked how Chips firm is family owned and run. Having an eminent domain lawyer was key because they have experience with the situations that come up. Its too complex to navigate on your own. Chip also helped to research an expert engineer to analyze my property and the final results of the vdot project, so that a)I would understand and b)we had data to use to negotiate. One thing I loved about Chip and his team is that they were responsive throughout the case. If I needed to ask questions or discuss options Chip made himself available that day by phone, email, or text. I felt like I was important and in expert hands. Chip was patient with me and even sympathetic when I went through the loss of old beautiful cherry trees on our property due to the vdot work. Chip was also the only lawyer that took the time to talk to me himself, initially, when I was looking for a lawyer, listened to the details, and explained what they could do for me, versus other firms wanting to charge by the hour even for a consultation. Chip also visited my shop in person to fully understand how the site plan was going to affect us. Our company recently engaged the Lollar Law firm for a complex eminent domain matter. Lollar Law shepherded us through the process and provided excellent guidance and counsel throughout the case.
