This company has done unethical practices including charging their clients for services they didnt provide and will gaslight them when they inquire about it! This is one you do not want to do business with!

CREEP alert. These guys were working on a project for my cousin and he wasnt very happy with the work. He called the head guy over to have a talk. I was unfortunately left alone with him for a moment and things got super scary and creepy. My cousin said he would never use them again.

Use another service! I work as a grounds crew in a major industrial chain in the area. Management contracted these guys and it has been a nightmare ever since. Horizon crew is lazy, late, and rude. We had to re-do most of their work. The owner is just a kid! Completely out of his depth. Not willing to accept constructive criticism at all. If you see these guys run!

I live in a development where the HOA has contracted this company for our landscaping maintenance. They are not very consistent, the owner is rude and very unprofessional. They do NOT adhere to the services of our contract and do not appear to care how poorly our development is maintained. If you are thinking about doing business with them, think again!
