        I entered the storefront and spoke with a young lady behind the counter. She asked what she could help me with. I asked about refacing existing cabinets. In the same breath, she immediately and abruptly stated, "We don't do that here. We do new only, and I wouldn't know where I could send you for a project like that." She was condescending and aggressive with her tone. I would've asked to have someone walk me through the products and services that they offer, but I was so caught off guard that I left the establishment immediately. Not a place that I will do business with, nor recommend to any family, friend of colleague. For the last 30 years, I have been deeply rooted in a world class customer service business. This is not it. Find somewhere else to shop for the remodeling efforts.
