I have just switched insurance agents and now use Linda Miley at Comparian Insurance. My experience has been so delightful in so many ways. She has gotten me better rates then my previous insurance agency, has been way more hands-on, and has been there every step of the way for any questions I have had. I am so grateful for Linda at Comparian and will be using her and Comparian for all my insurance needs! Thanks Linda!!!

Left a voice mail for this agent to request a quote. Instead of a call back, I received two text messages at 11:30 pm, from a phone number I didn't recognize, requesting my personally identifiable information. I then had to clarify, over text, to determine, who this unprofessional agent was. I will take my business elsewhere. **Update** I did speak with another agent, "Renee" at this office, and she was very professional and helpful.

Sent Letter to Cancel insurance directly to my agent, which someone at the office refused a certified letter. Bad for a insurance business to refuse a letter from a customer. Liberty Mutual Insurance has been a nightmare. Waited almost 2 months to pay for damaged car, informed us after the period we could have gotten a rental car. Agent never contacted us during the whole process of the claim. Rating at one star because can't rate any lower. After claim on auto was paid home owners policy increase around $1100 more and auto insurance was also going to increase for a no fault accident. I would never recommend this company to no one.
