        They are the worst insurance company… I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago and they have not done anything… that say there going to do something then they don’t… and then they say oh I drop the ball every time. Like what the fuck…if your not with don’t be it’s the worst company.

        You definitely get what you pay for with them. Needed a tow truck. I told the agent that i had baby with me and he said that he bumped my case up to "priority" and it would be less than a 30min wait, fast forward 2HOURS later and yes I'm still waiting because the insurance company already chose a provider and apparently they cannot change it once the tow order has been made SMFH
