I'm walking by the plant section and this lady asks one of the employees for help, he says "I'm on lunch what do you need" in the nastiest attitude. Coming from a customer service back, that's not how you talk to people. Also, if you're on lunch, don't stand where you can be approached. I felt for her bec she probably did not feel good after that. I'm really disappointed with the customer service home depot has to provide. The guy that assisted me was nice, but kinda made me feel dumb. I only came here as a last resort and will be avoiding this place.

Id like to give a huge shout out to the manager Diane at the Military Highway location. She went above and beyond when my online purchase did not go as planned. Through no fault of the store or its associates, the product I purchased was not at their specific location although online it read that way. Shipping would be delayed and not delivered on the said day that it stated it would be. Diane and her lady crew fixed my situation and had my lawn mower delivered the next day. Diane made contact with me, was very helpful, polite, and went above any customer service Ive ever been provided in a store. The young ladies who delivered my lawn mower were polite, full of smiles, and called when they were in route from the store.

They need to talk to their workers. If I'm telling my child simply to move so they're not in the way I don't need a nosey worker trying to tell me how to speak to my child especially when I'm just telling them to move aside.
