Towne Benefits

Extremely rude company. We have a flex spending account with them and I think they get their employees at Walmart. They are so mean. Their is a lady that has been there for 400 years and she is soooooo mean. We do not need the tax benefit that bad. We will not be doing business with them again. So if your company has benefits through this organization, do not get any benefits with them that you do not HAVE to get. I would even consider getting benefits elsewhere

The folks at Towne Benefits have been a pleasure to deal with over the years. I have been a Broker with them from the beginniing, as well as providing my employees Benefits through them. They have assisted me on Association Clients, as well as Ansillary Products, such as On Line Enrollment, COBRA, PCORI, etc. When Benefit Designs change, they change along with the Govt changes.
