Silk god did my hair and it came out so good. Y'all should definitely book with her. I love my hair so much!! She really did her thing! I also loved the shops environment. It was definitely, everyone was so friendly, I would definitely go back!

I went in for an updo ponytail with curtain bangs ..came out pissed and cheated out of my money. *They wash hair in cold water *They misunderstood what I asked for even though I showed them 4 PICTURES of what I wanted. * She put my hair in a Rubberband which is an absolute No No for hair even though she claim I didnt ask for a pony tail (just an updo is all she heard) *After she did my hair , she THEN said she KNEW the look I was going for and could have used the track as a ponytail *I politely and honestly tell her this wasnt what I expected and the price was way more than expected ( while Im handing her my bank card) never said I wasnt going to pay , but shes screaming to tell the manager to give me my money back and NO NO you are a dissatisfied customer !! * I was still going to give her a nice tip since she got me in at the last minute and the hair wasnt too bad ,just wasnt what I expected but as soon as she knew I wasnt completely happy she went OFF trying to make a scene !!! **As a professional, if youre offering services to someone and its different then what you heard or thought , the best thing to do is CLARIFY what the client wants especially if they SHOWED YOU SEVERAL PICTURES BEFORE YOU STARTED AND NONE WERE WHAT YOU THOUGHT I ASKED FOR !!!!!!! *I understood the misunderstanding but my thing is why would you even ask for pictures if you were just going to ignore it and only go off of what you think I asked for ???!! * Yall I kid you not I could have done this entire style in ten minutes at home in which I did .. I went home and took out those stupid pins out , took the rubberband which pulled some of my hair out out , put it in a PONYTAIL with hair ties , and pinned it back in a problem solved within 10 mins (and most of that time was taking all the pins out ) * Just because a client is not completely satisfied with your service doesnt give you the right to start screaming at them .. especially if Im not screaming and just being honest.. its called being a professional $120.00 for a few tracks and bangs !!#NEVERAGAIN

Was charged 90 dollars for a silk press...when she washed my hair she pulled out the cheapest Cream of Nature shampoo and conditioner orange bottle..when i walked in it was unfriendly with the boss asking me can your hair do a wash and set???? Any educated Person off of youtube can do a rollerset, this was insulting....didn't know naturals can get a rollersets....down here different....just aurora I can't explain....better off doing own silk presses and buying your own qualityyyyyy products
