Told me I had to take down my fence because they were installing a new pool and needed bobcat...never brought bobcat, never excavated that site, so I took my fence down for nothing...then they just put up the frame and left it for almost a month before returning...left all the packaging in a heap in my yard, they finally came back and I had problems day one with metal frame of pool coming up through the bottom of my pool and they want to charge me more money to come fix their sloppy install...very poor quality of work.

Amazing customer services , timely , courteous and professional . John was honest and knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his level of customer services. Staff in the office quick to return calls and very polite . Highly recommend for above ground pool installation

We ordered a pool from virginia lesiures around march. JR services continued to stall our pool. they will come and have an excuse to not build the pool each time they came. they would go do another job that day but would push us back for a month each time. it was supposed to be built in june. we got it built eventually because we departed from JR services and got another company to do the pool with 0 problems. it was completed by september 1st 2021. JR services is complete trash of a service. If we remained with JR services, they would have never built the pool we were paying for. Lazy poor service.
