Changes City Spa

I've been gone for a few years. I came back to my trusted stylist. She's amazing and always does great work. I was disappointed in the new service fee and the current cost of things. The salon is clean and well maintained by the staff. The equipment is current. But the decor...maybe update it?

Had a deep tissue massage with Virginia, and she was absolutely wonderful! The pressure was perfect and she addressed all concerns. If you want deep tissue ask for Virginia!

Zero stars. I wanted my hair cut and lightened to a nice, natural looking honey blonde color. It was already almost there (brownish blonde.) I paid $200 and got bright, brassy, garish, unnatural orange hair. Horrifying. Went back the next day for a different stylist to fix it with toner, highlights and lowlights. It's not bad now, but not what I wanted. It's has stripes now, with a lot of different colors. Not the natural single color honey blonde I wanted, but definitely better than the orange. Ironically, this was the 1st time in 15 years I decided to try something new with my hair. Needless to say, I will never be going back there. The stylists were both very nice though, and I got a small bottle of product on the house
