Recently dealt with executive team at Sentara, I have to say I was very impressed.
The level of care they have making sure customers are treated correctly and respectfully is outstanding.
Wish more businesses took a page out their customer service responses.

I found out on Wednesday 11/29/23 that my dermatologist office has been closed permanently for several weeks. For reason I was not informed of this action until I had a problem with my skin and called the office to make an appointment. Is this the way SENTARA treats a client of 40 plus years? I now have to wait 2 months for my appointment with a different dermatologist. No warning , no notice, no nothing. What office is next on the chopping block. I would have given 0 stars if there was a space available. Thanks for nothing!
