I never realized how much I needed a bookkeeper until I got one. Laura was able to quickly learn our existing and complex accounting system and make it work the way it's supposed to. There are a lot of software packages out there that are supposed to help business owners be able to DIY but it seems like you need to have a degree to understand how to use them. Laura has made herself invaluable to my business. The software runs the way it's supposed to and my stress level is under control. Laura has become more that just a bookkeep and has evolved into an real sounding board on how we are going to implement our growth. I give her high praise for her knowledge, professionalism and great attitude.

I have to say that Laura Bazemore is AMAZING!! I do not have an accounting/bookkeeping background so making sure that I am doing the correct steps in keeping our business organized is my highest priority. Laura has been patient, guiding and supportive through all my mistakes and growth as I become a strong foundation of our business. It would have been easy just to hand over the reigns and have her manage everything however I want to learn and be the asset inside of the office and it was great for her to respect that and support that decision. It was very intimidating to have someone come in and critique the way that you do things as well as take the constructive feedback of what you were doing wrong. Laura was kind in her approach and patient with my learning style. We shared laughs as we talked through my problems and concerns about the every day responsibilities. I can honestly say that without her that our company would be facing some troubles. She is truly a professional with an enormous level of intelligence. In a noticeably short time, she has taught me a tremendous amount and the everyday tasks get easier from her tips and expertise. I am thankful that I will continue to build a working relationship with her and have her peeking in on how things are going and to keep me track if she notices something that is off. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances and an accountant who didnt take much interest in us; we ended up buried in a mountain of tax issues, business classification issues, etc. It didnt happen overnight (it took three years), and we knew it would not be an easy task, if even possible, to get things under control without a true professional. We are fortunate to have the best payroll rep ever who made the recommendation of hiring a bookkeeper. He told us he knew just the right one. What we didnt expect was (drum roll!) Laura! Laura is extremely personable and professional at the same time. She is knowledgeable and always willing to give advice. This is what we needed. Her commitment to providing excellent service is unsurpassed. We especially appreciate her communication skills. She is very responsive and always looking for ways to help make life easier. Its nice to be relieved of the stress that the finances were causing us and the monumental task of learning independently, which was putting us further behind. Having someone in our corner, someone we can trust, and someone who has our best interest at heart is the most important factor(s) in building a lasting and strong business relationship with someone. Laura meets all these and then some. Sometimes we feel as though we have known her forever and feel as though shes a long-time personal friend when, in fact, our introduction was only months ago. The service and customer performance is one of an extremely professional level in that I presented my small business's receipts, documents and statements that were so complicated that I had doubts that anyone would be able to solve these complex figures. This company rose above my expectations and solved my accounting problems in a timely, professional manner , and the prices were more than fair.
