        So Im only giving it the star I did because my service advisors are always so polite. But MY LORD why does it take over 2 hours for an oil change. Id understand if this was a one time thing but every single time I come for an oil change Im here all day. They have no consideration for the customers time. If Im forced to make an appointment I expect my car to get serviced when I arrive for my appointment. And I only come because the oil change is free but its highly inconvenient. I have to take a day off from work if I ever need an oil change and it shouldnt be that way. Very disappointed with the service at this location.

        The customer service is always pretty good, especially in the service department. They get my car in and out pretty fast and they don't hassle you about having them fix things that they notice need to be fixed. And I love that they have this link that they text you that then you can go into approve or decline services that they offer or suggest.

Because it wasn't obvious the source of the oil leak In order to fix your vehicle properly we had to put dye in the oil & review the vehicle again.
