    Just moved to a Lennar built townhome. Our HOA was chosen for us, Merideth Management. Terrible through and through. Any company or individual that can motivate me to leave a review is either amazing or terrible. Merideth Managent is terrible. They dont respond to any means of communication. Its been weeks and its like pulling teeth attempting to get vital home owners information that only they would have.I dont see it improving either as I recently learned that they have up to 60 days to respond to a concern. That in itself is a 1 star service.

    My heat went out last Saturday evening. I called emergency after hours line, but it was down. So I had to go without all weekend. I called Monday lvm, received vm they would have someone look at it,. Come 5p I had no call advising me what was going on, if it was fixed or what . I get home, no heat, they didn't even get to it. So I leave another vm asking what was going on, was advised sorry we will definitely have someone out there and if we can't we will have a portable by heater for you. Again, I come home from work, no heat no portable heater. Again lvm (mind you I am calling the property in manager) not the office manager. So Wednesday no heat no call advising me progress. So 5thvday the call lvm HVAC coming today to try to fix issue. SMDH 5 days no heat, no communication temp's drop to 30-40 , thank God my friend had a portable heater but does not heat whole Apt. One room, and my electric bill is going be high from it constantly running all night. Terrible, I would not be as upset if the communicated with me day to day. But I had to call them to ask what was the progress and lvm . So let's hope today #5 day my heat will be on and not break over weekend.

    I cant even give them a star everybody from the office in parkplace area to the people at the the leasing office is horrible the maintenance workers look like they off the street no certification no nothing dont even know what they doing half the time , ive tried my best to be non conflict my rent has been paid up to date and its nothing get fixed . Back in December there was rats roaming from unit to unit clawing they way through the apartment , i still have holes in my unit they did not patch up they put the brillo pad i gave them in the hole basically i feel i killed the rats with all my remedies. Skip to now im asthmatic its mold in my apartment theyve been notified ive been staying in a hotel due to the mold its been since the beginning of july they was told and still nothing has been fixed when i expressed that my bills are up to date they response was thats my fault i shouldnt pay early just to sum everything up this apartment complex is a 0/0 would not recommend and they love to say people be mad yea i am mad im paying rent and my issues are getting the bare minimum they literally left a big hole in my ceiling and havent been back to repair it im getting bit up by nets when i go to the unit its just alot do not waste your money
