They did a great job repairing my battery backup sump pump. He correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump and controller. Meanwhile I had two different plumbers from the big companies come out and misdiagnose the issue. They also were going to charge outrageous prices. The cost by Prince William Plumbing was very competitive. I highly recommend Prince William Plumbing.

I called Prince William plumbing to inspect our pipes for any possible leak that water company had detected. After close to two hours and several tests ran by the two technicians, they found no leak whatsoever, and sent me a report. This was on February 19, 24. On Wednesday I noticed small water drops on the ceiling of my family located below the bathroom upstairs where they ran several tests back to back which was the cause of the leak. After I called them yesterday and explained the situation, they sent another technician, John who basically did nothing to see what was going on, and will not check the reason for leak unless I get charged again. His answer: we did not perform any repair and we are not responsible for the damages even though he agreed the leak was caused by their tests, because it was not under warranty. I refused to pay for another fee and he left. I feel this company are responsible for the damages caused by their tests and do not feel comfortable doing business with them again.

It's been a few years since we used them, but they were able to solve our problem 3 other plumbers misdiagnosed and for a reasonable rate. Would definitely recommend.
