If you want hitch installations, avoid this location.
Especially if you make an online reservation and show up at the appointment time at the site, you likely hear many excuses that they cannot do it for you (it does not matter if you already paid or not). The manager will say 1) your name cannot be found in the system, 2) they don't have a technician at the time of the appointment time, 3) you need to buy their hitch and return the item that you already have, etc. I had a bad experience with the manager and technician - I visited there two times and ended up getting nothing besides being treated badly by the rude people. Don't waste your time and don't take your time off from work to visit there. I went to Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories on 17 and was able to get an installation at a reasonable rate. It seems that U-haul (at least this location) does not want to provide a hitch installation service for sure. It is surprising that they have done this practice so long and the same thing keeps happening without improvements.
