        I got told from the airport they charged me $170 for one day. I know this is a new company and I hope to never use them again but I can't say I'm favorable about them.

      Thanks for your feedback John. The rates are set by the locality you’re towed from (Newport News City). That initial charge is $120. The State of a Virginia has a statute that allows a $20 Fuel Surcharge until July 2024. Then, because your vehicle was at our storage lot more than 24hours, it accrued one day of storage- $30 (also set by the city). The first 24hours allow you to stay free from storage charges. Please also be aware, we do not patrol parking lots. The only way we respond to a property when someone is “Illegally Parked” is when the property owner calls. We understand that it is an unfortunate situation, but we are an honest company. Hope the explanation of the fees help you understand how we determine our charges. Thank you.
