An older man driving the bulk pick up today was extremely rude and refused to give me his name. Driving truck # 5111... told me that I was going to have to pay to get my trash picked up because my trash was not 3 feet away from the car that was parked in my driveway way. I measured while he was here and it was 4 feet between the car and the trash. I pushed the trash more out to the street and he was still arguing with me. I told him there are better ways to address the issue and no need to be nasty and he told me "lady, go about your day" I'm in my own house! He was just plain mean and trying to find an excuse to not pick up the trash. I pay my bill every month, just take the trash and move on.

I stayed on the phone for 9 minutes waiting for someone to pick up after I heard the same recording twice, "your wait time is 0 minutes, there is no one in front of you". I hung up the phone
