James did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me with the purchase of my first VA property. The initial homes that I saw did not fit what I was looking for. James listened to my concerns and adjusted the search criteria accordingly. Based on the updated search parameters that James established, I put in an offer on two properties and one offer was accepted. He also was invaluable to me as I am from out-of-state and did not have any familiarity with resources in the Chesapeake area. James referred local contractors, a mortgage broker, inspectors, attorneys, and appraisers. James also went above and beyond to assist with resolving some roadblocks I encountered with my loan for the property.
