Chris is AWESOME. My fianc and I are a military couple moving from California and Chris took great care of us. Not only is Chris extremely knowledgeable about homes and the various Hampton Roads neighborhoods, but he also cares about his clients' needs. While we were in California, Chris was touring homes for us and sending great videos. When we came to visit, Chris made sure that we were able to fit in showings for as many homes as we needed to find the perfect fit. We weren't the easiest clients to deal with as Chris likely ended up having to show 20+ homes, but not once were we treated with impatience, annoyance, or disrespect. Throughout the entire process, Chris went above and beyond our expectations; we could always rely on him to give his honest opinion on a home/area. It was clear that Chris cared more about his clients' needs/wants rather than his commission. I would recommend Chris to everyone who moves to the area. Thank you again Chris we love our new home!!

From the first phone conversation Chris was attentive to my needs as a homebuyer and investor. Although my schedule fluctuated a lot with my military schedule he was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for. He kept a positive attitude and if he felt I was making a decision that didnt make sense for my goals, he let me know. From day one, Chris and his partner Ally have been great! This was our first house and they walked with us through the whole process. They both have great knowledge and are passionate about what they do!
