Selling a house is huge and I needed someone I could trust. When I reached out to Eric Machuca, he was quick to respond and firm - something I really needed with such a tight timeline. From the beginning I realized Eric was a realtor with integrity and with the motivation to get things done. I can easily say that he made my interests his priority! Eric was clear and direct with his suggestions. Always taking into account my needs and demands. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he was not afraid to let me know when my ideas were not the best. He was very fast, knowledgeable, and efficient with his responsibilities as my agent.
