I’m going to have to find this company a less than 1 star. I’ve been inquiring about his property since it appeared on Zillow. The schools are not very enticing, but I was in a position to send my children children 11 miles down the road in their father’s district. I just prefer to not be his immediate neighbor. The office would only give me an available date to view the property during my working hours. I attempted on three occasions within the same week to reschedule, but was always denied. It was not until the third call that I was informed that the receptionist had not been given the right information about the property. It had not been accepting applications for two weeks. This for me was unacceptable. It was rude to keep me waiting & hopeful for an entire week. This decision greatly impacted my family, and our move.
