Absolutely WORST place to live in Hampton. No property management on site, mold everywhere, leaking pipes, laundry facility inoperable, trash everywhere. My child and I are sick from mold exposure. Zero correspondence and From property manager, corporate or investors. Rent increase by $300+ they charge utilities thats rolled into the rent. Lack of working amenities. Ive been without water, power and peace. They truly deserve a zero

I cannot ever get in contact with office is open from 9 to 11 that's only 2 hours I work 8 hours Bahama to get in touch with you if your clothes when I get home always dirty and trashy over here maintenance has to come back fifty thousand times it still doesn't get it fixed right we need help

Ive tried contacting management multiple times regarding maintenance issues, have contacted the higher ups 3 times now when I cant get the office to do anything and never received a response. Management and maintenance do not keep up with anything with the townhomes and they are in very poor condition. I find this company very unprofessional and it is definitely over priced for what you get.
