Couldn't even place an order. I was at the store and the kid said it would be a 40 minute wait. There were 7 people waiting for pizza already so I left. This location is always like this. I'm not sure how they stay open.

ordered pizza over an hour ago, have been waiting LONGER than the estimated wait time, and its been over an hour and I STILL dont have a pizza. Some lady asked what I had ordered 20min ago and then just left me in the lobby to continue doing who knows what else and tending to other people. Honestly ridiculous.

Food was decent but the wait was forever after placing an online order. Never got the notification it was ready, the app only said my pizza was cooking in the oven for 45 minutes. When I got there it was sitting on a shelf and it was cold. They did remake it after I explained that I never got a notification that it was ready.
