If I could rate this place a zero, trust & believe me I would; reasons of the low rate is due to the unprofessional behavior of the workers there! They do not communicate with their clients, theyre extremely rude & beyond incompetent. Im currently dealing with them due to me moving here from elsewhere & when I tell yall these folks do not give one single care in the world! I have two case managers & one is a airhead & the other is just as rude as a junkyard dog & the person I had prior as my case manager was unprofessional as well! She took a promotion & not once reached out to tell me my case would be handled by others & I had to find out when I went to pick up my medication. If they read these PLEASE GET PEOPE WHO ACTUALLY CARE FOR PEOPLE AND NOT HAVE THE JOB JUST FOR A CHECK!

i had a beautiful experience. all staff was so welcoming and non judgmental. i am a minor and they offered me so many free services. i literally had the best medical experience of my life. all staff made me feel safe and comfortable to share any questions i had and never judged my answers to their questions. the whole process went smoothly and very quickly. i cannot stress enough how great this place is. 10/10 i would recommend.

They are the best! I come for routine testing and they are Truly so welcoming and they create such a safe space. I highly recommend

Hours are wrong and they have a sign that says appointment only despite having different information online.
